This was pretty good! Food wasn't as hot since they just opened but I went and asked if it can be warmed up and they replaced it. Brought me quesadillas nice and hot and they put extra meat and cheese for my daughter. It's a little packed cuz they just opened but the line goes quick. The staff is so sweet and attentive and they keep the place really nice and clean. Overall love it.
We went around 4 pm, they were slow with plenty of room. The nachos were good, and the service, of course, was good. I don't care for walk through lines to order, but as long as the food stays good, I will go back.
The food was DELICIOUS. We had the choose-your-own-ingredients-bowls, and their ingredients are too notch. You also have the option of ordering dinners that are prepared and brought to your table. The service is friendly enough but human contact of this semi-cafeteria-style eatery is kept to a minimum. The atmosphere is likewise a little on the cold/sterile side. Mind you, that won't keep me from going back. We were traveling and stopped here for dinner, otherwise we would have taken advantage of their craft beer and full bar offerings.
Visiting out of town & we stopped here. I ordered the seared ancho chicken bowl & the blackened grill salmon bowl. Soo delicious. Everything was fresh & authentic. The portions are huge. Though the lines are long, the service is quick! Employees are very patient & hospitable
My wife and I passed this location on our way out of town. We decided to stop while driving back home...and I'm so glad we did. I've always enjoyed the Chiloso chain not only for the good food and great service but they recongize veterans (I salute you for that!). This one actually had a real bar and we prefer bar service on most occassions. Cadon was very helpful with gettting our food order and Yoa had the perfect pour! Great conversation and drink recommendations...El Papito 100% We made a promise to Yoa that we would drive from Mesquite back to this location because of the quality of service, fresh food and hospitality from the entire staff. First time trying Chiloso... The food and service here was great, but it's just a bit overpriced in my opinion (37 for me and my girlfriend's meals w/no drinks). Again great food, but you can also get essentially the same thing from any Chipotle for almost half the price.... I'm just saying
This is the secret Chiloso to get quick service at if you live in and around Rockwall. Chiloso is such a smooth operation with employees that care. I have no clue how they get their people to care so much, but I once had a missing taco in my order and they felt bad so they gave me three more tacos for my trouble. I also ordered take out on the app close to closing time and they stayed after close to hand me my food. I didn’t realize it was closing time and I feel badly for that mistake, but they didn’t berate me or anything for the oversight. Top notch product with top notch people. I would love to learn management and business operations from these folks.
